Careers

Build What Comes Next.

Murphy Hills is building a contemporary African lifestyle house shaped by heritage, creativity, and modern design. We are looking for thoughtful, ambitious people who believe culture can inspire the future and that great work comes from curiosity, discipline, and a willingness to challenge convention.

Work With Purpose

From design and product development to creative direction, technology, operations, marketing, and retail, every role contributes to the evolution of Murphy Hills. We value people who bring ideas, craftsmanship, cultural intelligence, and a strong point of view to what they do.

A Culture Of Curiosity

We encourage independent thinking, collaboration, and continuous learning. Our environment is designed for people who want responsibility, contribute meaningfully, and help shape something rather than simply occupy a role.

Rooted Here. Connected Everywhere.

Murphy Hills is inspired by Africa and connected to a global creative community. We welcome diverse perspectives, experiences, and disciplines that can help us build a brand with cultural depth and international relevance.

Join The Journey

We are always interested in meeting exceptional people who believe in what we are building. If you are passionate about fashion, design, culture, creativity, commerce, or building meaningful brands, we would like to hear from you. Think differently.Create boldly.Build with purpose.
