Order Processing

Every order is carefully checked and prepared before dispatch. Orders are normally processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During collection launches, limited-edition releases, promotional periods or exceptionally high demand, processing may take longer. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Worldwide Shipping

Murphy Hills ships to selected destinations internationally. Available delivery destinations, shipping methods, estimated delivery times and applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and are provided during checkout. Delivery times may be affected by: Destination and local delivery conditions Customs clearance Public holidays Weather or transport disruption Remote-area delivery High-volume periods Regulatory requirements Delivery estimates are therefore guidelines rather than guaranteed delivery dates, unless a specific guaranteed service is expressly offered at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated according to factors including: Delivery destination Shipping method Order size and weight Product category Applicable delivery services The applicable shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. Where Murphy Hills offers complimentary shipping on selected orders or campaigns, the applicable terms will be displayed at the time of purchase.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where these charges are not included in the checkout price, they are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies differ by country, and Murphy Hills cannot control or predict the amount charged by local authorities. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the recipient's name, address and contact information are accurate and that the recipient is legally able to receive the products in the destination country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the applicable tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the relevant carrier and may take some time to appear after dispatch. If your tracking information has not updated for an unusually long period, please contact Murphy Hills Client Services.

Delivery Address

Please carefully review your delivery details before completing your purchase. Murphy Hills cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing. Customers may be responsible for additional delivery charges arising from: Incorrect addresses Incomplete addresses Failed delivery attempts Refused shipments Re-routing requests

Failed Or Refused Delivery

If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, failure to accept delivery, refusal of customs charges or other circumstances within the recipient's control, the shipment may be returned to Murphy Hills. Any applicable return shipping, customs or handling charges may be deducted from an eligible refund.

Damaged Packages

We take care to protect every Murphy Hills order during transit. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and product before disposing of any materials and contact Client Services as soon as possible. If the product itself has been damaged during delivery, we will assess the claim and provide the appropriate resolution in accordance with our customer policies.

Lost Shipments

If tracking indicates that a shipment has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, building management, neighbours or the designated delivery location. If the package remains missing, contact Murphy Hills Client Services so we can assist with an investigation with the carrier.

Split Shipments

Where an order contains products that are available at different times or require different fulfilment arrangements, Murphy Hills may ship the items separately. If this occurs, you may receive separate shipping confirmations and tracking numbers.

Pre-orders & Limited Releases

Products identified as pre-order, made-to-order or limited release may have different dispatch schedules. The expected dispatch timeframe will be communicated on the relevant product page before purchase. If an order contains both immediately available and pre-order products, the applicable shipping arrangement will be stated at checkout.

Signature Delivery

Selected high-value, limited-edition or collector products may require a signature upon delivery. Where signature confirmation is required, this will be communicated during the ordering process or in your shipping confirmation.
